The Christmas Island Kobold will send you on your way to Christmas Valley. Found in the Thylysium Port nearby the Ship Captain. Speak to him first and then you will be able to speak to the Christmas Kobold Captain who is in the form of a Christmas Kobold and will take you to Christmas Valley.
