The Wind Serpent would seem almost cute, if it weren’t for its glowing eyes. The Wind Serpent’s appearance is not as commanding as that of a Dragon, but its powers are no less formidable. All four Wind Serpents will offer increased defense values as well as a bonus to health points. Three Wind Serpents for the High Elf offer bonuses to the following aspects: Arrant Pyromancer Delphic Arcania Mystic Stormite The fourth Wind Serpent does not modify regeneration times, but offers a resistance bonus instead. Notes The non-aspect mount was removed in the Ice & Blood expansion. In Ice & Blood this mount was renamed the Fay Drake and each aspect mount was given a unique bridle and saddle. With the Community Patch installed, all mounts become buyable again. The vendor offers seven mounts - four mounts from the original game and three mounts that came with the expansion. Therefore, the vendor offers four Wind Serpents and three Fay Drakes. For a character specializing in only one aspect, using the appropriate aspect mount along with the Riding skill can reduce the regeneration penalty so that it is almost negligible. When the Riding skill level is high enough, that aspect's combat arts will actually have lower regeneration times when the character is mounted.
