Sacred 2:Cooldown

Cooldown is a property that some Combat Arts have, which should not be confused with Regeneration Time. Cooldown time is added to regen time to determine the total duration of the Combat Art's regeneration timer, but it is usually fixed and is not affected by any of the same factors as regen time. Cooldowns may sometimes be decreased but they will never increase.


Cooldown is displayed in the Combat Art tooltip with the regeneration time:

These Combat Arts have cooldown times that are fixed and can never be decreased.

Cooldowns That Can Be Decreased with Modifications

These Combat Arts have fixed cooldown times unless the player chooses a Combat Art Modification that decreases it. Note that certain modifications will continue to decrease cooldowns after they are selected, making them especially valuable.

SEda.gif Dashing Alacrity (Decreased with gold mod "Impatience")

Shadow Warrior

Automatically Decreasing Cooldowns

These Combat Arts have cooldown times that naturally decrease as the level of the Combat Art increases, even without any modifications.
