You meet this Elven Guard while he is on duty. He is guarding the entrance to the canyon that leads to both Forgotten Gardens and the Seraphim Valley. The guards in this area are very worried since more and more kobolds turn up to the canyon every day, and more to come, they seem to multiply faster then the guards can kill them. Even the Priestesses of the Seraphim are troubled with kobolds now. No wonder that the only thing this guard can talk about is getting rid of these little creatures.
