Details
The Forgotten Gardens are just south from the Seraphim Valley, near the Golden Coast.
These gardens are a quiet place to take a walk, with nothing else interesting here but a monument to an Ancaria goddess. The only interesting thing that takes place here is the Gardens Of The Seraphim quest.

Notes
There's a small portal here which you can use to travel to the Celestial Dome. This portal is uni-directional, so you won't be able to travel back to the Forgotten Gardens by using ut.
