This High Elf Outpost is located just north of Clearview in the Tyr-Lysia region. The main camp is divided into two sections with outlying towers and scorpions (mounted crossbows). There is also a battlefield to the west of the Outpost. This Outpost flies the blue flag of the High Elves.

Officer Relwilneth - Questgiver for the Back to the Front CM Patch pre-quest that starts the Undead Legion chain quest.
Transportation
Just a short walk north via the Clearview portal. Also can be accessed heading south from the Dragonmaw portal though this will take more time.
Enemies
Undead, Undead and more Undead. Rats are very populous around here too. Just north of the Outpost a player will encounter spiders and harpies.
