  • Strong Voice - Increase the area of effect. (100% increase from base value, but no additional increase per CA level)
  • Elocution - Increases the chance to convert at least two opponents. (104.7% increase)

  • Sinner - At least one opponent will attack the converted target. (100% chance)
  • Preacher - Decreases the regeneration time of Instill Belief. (50% + 0.5% per CA level decrease)

  • Blessing - Restores health of freshly converted targets. (30% + 0.2% per CA level of max health healed)
  • Fanatic - Increases the Attack speed of converted targets. (20% increase)

Usage Strategies

Note that converted enemies cannot be attacked, and do not follow the character. When using this spell to aid mass killing, it may be more practical to simply finish non-converted enemies and move on to another group, rather than wait out the duration of Instill Belief.
